1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Period: You can return most products within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as custom-made items, perishable goods, and health-related products, cannot be returned. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at fraterlife@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return in your request. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method, which can take 7 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.

Partial Refunds: If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, we may issue a partial refund or refuse the return.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 1 days of delivery. We will provide you with a full refund or exchange at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

5. Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same or a different one, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the process.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card statement again, as it can take several business days for refunds to appear. If the refund still hasn’t posted, please contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take time for the refund to be processed on their end.

7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item once it arrives, following our return process.
